Battery Contacting Solutions
Smart battery contacting systems are essential for testing batteries in laboratories or during productions processes. We provide the manufacturing of contacting systems particularly focused on cell formats used in the automotive industry. The hardware is assembled in Germany under high quality standards. Productions runs range from tens to thousands of contacting systems.
Metal Systemengineering
From CAD to the final product, Nepotec is your supplier for small series system system-engineering assignments. With possibilities to combine both CNC and sheetmetal processes we are able to produce a wide range of fixtures for your system. Producing locally in Germany we are able to deliver quickly and reliably.
Custom Battery Design
Working in small to medium volume custom lithium-ion battery solutions for nearly 10 years, our team is connected to multiple international supply partners enabling the sourcing of nearly any cell format. Battery pack manufacturing is completed inhouse and can be expanded to facilities in neighboring EU-Countries if the production size requires so. BMS solutions can also be engineered inhouse, providing you with the ease of having a single supply partner. To complete the product cycle, the UN 38.3 tests can be completed at our partner companies.
